Mike’s Gas & Grub Rewards Program Terms
Effective September 24, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern participation in the Mike’s Gas & Grub Rewards Program (the “Program”) offered at Mike’s Gas & Grub, 2805 E. Northern Ave., Kingman, Arizona 86409, and Mike’s Gas & Grub II, 3770 E. Diagonal Way, Kingman, Arizona 86409 (collectively, “Mike’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating or using a Program account, earning or redeeming a reward, or continuing to participate after updated Terms take effect, you agree to these Terms. Participants must be at least 13 years old. Business fuel rewards are available only to approved business accounts. Other benefits follow their posted rules.
2. Account information
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information current. One account is permitted per person unless Mike’s approves otherwise. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Accounts and rewards may not be sold, transferred, shared, combined, bartered, or assigned.
3. Earning rewards
Rewards are earned only through qualifying activity recorded by Mike’s. Mike’s reserves the right to change, prospectively and at any time, earning rates, reward values, accumulation methods, qualifying activities, tiers, caps, limits, promotions, games, football picks, referral offers, birthday rewards, and expiration periods because of product or operating costs, market conditions, supplier or technology changes, legal requirements, business needs, or other expected or unforeseen circumstances. Points apply only to eligible in-store merchandise purchases. Fuel purchases earn only fuel rewards under the posted fuel-reward rules. Fountain-drink progress applies only to qualifying fountain drinks. Returns, voids, chargebacks, suspected abuse, data-entry errors, and fraudulent transactions may result in reversal or adjustment.
4. Eligible and ineligible purchases
Eligible in-store merchandise generally includes merchandise sold inside the stores except excluded items. Ineligible items and charges include alcohol; tobacco and nicotine products, including cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vaping products, and related nicotine items; lottery and gaming products; gift cards, prepaid cards, reloads, and stored-value products; money orders, money transfers, bill payment, check cashing, ATM or other financial services; postage stamps; propane; taxes; deposits; fees; gratuities; charitable contributions; and other cash-equivalent products or services. Fuel is not eligible in-store merchandise and is governed by the fuel-reward rules. Mike’s may identify additional legally restricted or cash-equivalent items as ineligible.
Business fuel rewards
A business account is separate from a personal rewards account and has its own QR card and balance. Management approval is required before it can earn rewards. An approved business earns $0.10 in fuel rewards per eligible gallon purchased at either store, including Sundays. Up to 2,500 unredeemed eligible gallons ($250) may be held at once. Redemption begins at $1 after 10 gallons, with a $5 reward after 50 gallons, and uses the available listed whole-dollar discount amounts ($1, $5, and $10 increments from $10 through $100). Redemption makes room for further earning. Business gallons do not also earn the standard customer fuel tiers or Sunday double gallons. Each fuel discount may be applied only to an eligible fuel purchase at least as large as the discount. Business applications require manager approval, and redemption is available once the required register barcodes are active. The business account holder controls its authorized-user list and may add or remove people through the business account at any time. Adding a name authorizes that person to use the account immediately; removal ends their authorization for future transactions. Staff may add or remove people on the account holder’s behalf when assistance is needed, without additional manager approval. The account holder is responsible for maintaining an accurate list and for access granted through the business account. Staff must confirm the person’s name against the current authorized-user list before adding fuel or assisting with a redemption. When a customer confirms a business redemption, the chosen reward is deducted immediately and its barcode appears for 90 seconds, then disappears. The reward remains deducted even if the cashier does not scan it within that minute; have the cashier and fuel purchase ready before confirming. Contact management about any register issue. Monthly billing is optional and requires a separate business credit application and Mike’s authorization. A request alone does not authorize account charges. Only fuel purchases expressly recorded as “charge to monthly business account” are billed; purchases paid at the register are not billed again. Mike’s may set an account limit, provide a monthly statement of charges and payments, and suspend future account charges. Each store bills its own charges separately. All charges for a calendar month are due in full to the store where the fuel was purchased by the 15th of the following month, regardless of when a statement is sent or received. Monthly charging becomes inactive on the 16th if a prior-month balance remains unpaid at either store and becomes available again when the overdue balance is paid in full. Rewards remain separate and available under these terms. Fuel reward balances are separate from amounts owed on account. Approved monthly-billing businesses may choose to apply available fuel rewards in whole-dollar amounts to unpaid fuel charges at the selected store. A fuel rewards credit reduces both the amount owed and available rewards by the same value; it is not a cash payment or cash refund. Unused rewards remain available under program limits. Optional automatic credits are off by default and run once per store at month end, processed just after midnight Arizona time on the first of the new month and effective at the prior month’s close, applying to unpaid charges and rewards available at closing, the store with the higher unpaid balance first, then the other store; equal balances use Store 1 first. Viewing or printing a statement never applies rewards. Midmonth previews are estimates only. The account owner may turn automatic credits off at any time.
5. Redemption categories
- Fuel rewards may be redeemed only against a qualifying fuel transaction.
- Fountain-drink rewards may be redeemed only for the qualifying fountain drink stated in the offer.
- Merchandise, daily-game, football-pick, referral, and other non-fuel rewards may be redeemed only against eligible in-store merchandise.
6. Eligible-purchase requirement and no cash value
The applicable eligible subtotal before tax and before rewards must equal or exceed the value of the reward being redeemed. Rewards cannot exceed that eligible subtotal. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash, change, store credit, refund, or residual value will be issued for any unused portion. Multiple rewards, coupons, or promotions may be combined only when the app and point-of-sale system expressly allow it. A reward is not complete until accepted through Mike’s point-of-sale process.
7. Reward timing, limits, and expiration
Some rewards are subject to stated caps, redemption increments, claim deadlines, or expiration dates. Daily-game rewards expire at the end of the applicable Arizona calendar day. Football rewards must be redeemed or declined as required before new weekly picks may be submitted. Promotional rewards may have separate claim and redemption terms. Expired, forfeited, declined, or unused rewards have no value and will not be replaced except where required by law.
8. Games, football picks, and promotions
No purchase is necessary to play a free promotional game or submit football picks when those features are offered; however, an eligible purchase is required to redeem any resulting reward. Games and football picks are promotional entertainment, not gambling, and rewards are discounts usable only under these Terms. Mike’s may correct scoring, schedule, technical, or data errors; cancel or suspend a feature affected by malfunction, tampering, or circumstances beyond reasonable control; and disqualify abusive or fraudulent participation.
9. Returns and adjustments
If merchandise associated with earning or using a reward is returned, refunded, voided, or charged back, Mike’s may deduct or reverse related points, progress, rewards, or discounts. Refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid after discounts. Mike’s may correct balances and transaction records when it identifies an error.
10. Program administration, changes, suspension, and termination
Mike’s administers the Program and, subject to applicable law, its reasonable, good-faith interpretation of these Terms, Program records, eligibility, reward calculations, and redemption decisions will control. Mike’s may suspend or terminate an account, cancel rewards, or restrict participation for fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation, unauthorized barcode use, employee collusion, violation of these Terms, or conduct that harms the Program or Mike’s. Mike’s may prospectively modify, suspend, or end all or any part of the Program at any time because of costs, market conditions, operational or technology needs, legal requirements, or other expected or unforeseen circumstances. Material changes will be communicated through the app, email, or another reasonable method. Changes will not be applied retroactively to deprive a participant of an already-completed redemption, and earned rewards will be handled under the terms applicable to them except where correction of error, fraud prevention, expiration, suspension, termination, or applicable law permits otherwise.
11. Availability and disclaimer
The Program is provided on an “as available” basis. Mike’s does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of any particular reward or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike’s is not responsible for outages, lost connectivity, device issues, delayed messages, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access outside Mike’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains how information is collected and used. Creating a Program account enrolls the email address provided to receive promotional emails from Mike’s. Recipients may unsubscribe using the link in any promotional email without losing their Program account or earned rewards. Transactional or relationship messages may still be sent regarding account security, reward status, or material Program changes.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by Mike’s to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
15. Questions and notices
Questions, account concerns, or notices may be directed to Mike’s Gas & Grub, 2805 E. Northern Ave., Kingman, Arizona 86409, or Mike’s Gas & Grub II, 3770 E. Diagonal Way, Kingman, Arizona 86409.
